It begins with inclusion…

With inclusion from childhood. 

Children want to experience the world with curiosity and openness. Fear of contact and prejudices do not yet play a role. 

We want to follow up on this and establish the music and dance project "It begins with Inclusion”. The sooner children learn that diversity is part of their environment, the more natural an inclusive society becomes for them later in life.

Through musical and dance units, a natural interaction between children and parents develops, barriers are broken down from the beginning, and new ways of communication through movement and music are tested. The inclusive thought becomes tangible, audible and visible.  

Our offer is aimed at parents and their children aged from 0 to 3 years.

Dance

The perception of your own body…

In the dance classes the possibilities of movement and expression of each individual should be developed and promoted. At first glance, it is about exploring one's own language of movement through imaginary images and small improvisational impulses. The perception of one’s own body, the space, as well as the perception of other participants is promoted. A platform is created to test oneself playfully, to sound out one's own individual abilities, to expand them and to express oneself through movement. Experience gained will be taken into account. Everything that is worked out together is structured and disguised in choreographies. Dance techniques used come from dance theatre and contemporary dance. And, of course, the joy of movement and dance must not be missed out on.

MUSIC

Music is a language through sounds…

Music is a language that everyone can understand and connect people of all origins, ages, and life situations. And that is exactly what is in the foreground. We try out different elementary instruments (drums, percussion instruments, bars, etc...), learn playing techniques and experiment with noises and sounds in order to communicate with each other. We learn small rhythmic sequences, as well as elements for improvising with an instrument or with the voice. We express our ideas, moods and feelings through music, sounds and noises. Instruments will be provided; you are also welcome to bring your own instruments.

Art / PAINTING

Discover your artistic potential…

The participants will be offered various materials with which they can approach different artistic themes in a playful way. The artist works with different painting backgrounds and colours, but also with clay, fabric, and natural objects, and is also supported by music that is thematically appropriate. Talks also accompany the artistic development processes that take place. The participants should discover and develop their artistic potential.

THEATRE

Applause is what artists live for…

In our theatre class, it is important to us to expand our linguistic and physical expressiveness. The theatre classes begin with a warm-up training in which breathing, voice, and speaking exercises are practiced. In order to address all senses, sensitization & imagination exercises follow. Through the power of imagination, the permeability of the representational expression is made tangible. After the sound and power of the voice have been discovered in the room or on stage and the musculoskeletal system has been warmed up, coordination and impulse exercises are used to practise playing with a partner, followed by scenic improvisations. These are either given by us thematically or also developed jointly by the group.
